HOW DOES A REPEATER WORK?

A repeater is made up of 3 basic components, (1) a Filter to filter out unnecessary frequencies, (2) an amplifier to increase the signal strength and a power supply to energize the system. With a single antenna strategically place on the property, 2-way instant communications can take place between parties with a handheld radio or base station.
